Our bias is less
Find and Seek is built on a simple bias: don’t hand over more than you need to. Our whole product exists to give AI the least it needs to get you the most back — so it would be strange to run this site any other way. We collect as little as we can, and your files never come to us at all.
What this covers
This policy covers the Find and Seek website and beta sign-up. It does not describe how the Find and Seek product handles your files — the product runs on hardware you control, and your documents, catalogue, and searchable library stay there. We don’t receive them.
What we collect
Only what you hand us through the beta sign-up form: your email address, and optionally your role, primary material, preferred deployment, organisation size, and a short use-case note. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.
How we use it
To contact you about the beta and to understand what to build first. That’s it — no advertising profiles, no resale.
Who touches it
We keep things minimal, but a couple of service providers necessarily process this data on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosts this website, processes form submissions, and provides the page-analytics script that runs on every page. Data may be stored in Vercel’s infrastructure.
- Resend — delivers the emails we send you and processes the address you submit.
- Google — we run Google Analytics on this website, and we load our fonts from Google Fonts. Both mean your browser contacts Google when you visit any page here, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
We don’t sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and similar) to count visits and tell us which pages people actually read. Vercel’s analytics script runs alongside it. We use this to understand what to build and write next — not to build advertising profiles, and we don’t run advertising or retargeting pixels.
We would rather this section were shorter. Reducing what this site loads is on our list, and when it changes we’ll change this page with it.
Keeping and removing it
We keep your beta sign-up details until we no longer need them or you ask us to delete them. To see or remove your data, email support@findandseek.app and we’ll sort it out.
Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change. This version: July 2026.
